Estrella Divina is a remarkable coffee selection hailing from the San Ignacio region of Peru, specifically the La Coipa district. This exceptional coffee is produced by a cooperative of 27 dedicated growers who focus on quality and sustainability. The beans are meticulously dried over a period of 10 to 20 days, achieving optimal flavor. Harvested at altitudes between 1600 and 2100 meters, the fermentation process lasts between 13 to 18 hours, allowing the unique characteristics of the coffee to develop fully. The primary varieties cultivated include Caturra, Bourbon, and Pache, each contributing to the coffee's distinctive flavor profile. With its careful cultivation and processing methods, Estrella Divina represents the rich heritage and dedication of Peruvian coffee producers.
